Welcome to our Customer Support Overview

Below is a list of all relevant contact and support information, should you encounter issues with your inverter, diverter, car charger or battery. As the manufacturers offer end-user support, they insist that the end user contacts them directly. All of the manufacturers we work with offer support for the following and you can find all relevant contact information listed below:

Additional Information:

Warranty: Solaris Green Energy activates your warranty during the commissioning process of your installation. Warranty claims, however, have to be made by the end user, as you are the official and registered owner of the hardware. Should you have lost your Invoice as a proof of Purchase (Provided through the Shared Homeowner Doc), we are more than happy to send out a new copy at your request.

When opening warranty claims, please make sure to enclose a picture of your Data Loggers Badge and your Inverters Badge as the manufacturer will remotely check your hardware, based on the information provided. Should the warranty process require a technician on site, SGE will provide this service free of charge for the first 6 months after the initial installation date, for all service requests outside of this timeframe, a fee will apply.

Mobile Apps: As part of your installation, SGE will always ensure that the Wi-Fi dongle as well as the mobile App are up and running, as long as the necessary conditions are met. (Strong Wifi Signal at Inverter). These Apps are run by the manufacturer and Solaris Green Energy has no control over the Apps behaviour, performance or general service quality. Should you encounter any issues more than 7 days after your installation,, please contact the provider directly, although, from our experience, most issues resolve themselves within a few days.
